DON'T TELL ANYONE: Confessions Under Falling Stars

An intimate evening of storytelling, music and deep listening by Loom Storytelling Collective.Six storytellers. True Confessions. Music woven in between. Silence and space to feel it all. 

The Storytellers: Nora Fischer, Anish Menon, Natalino Bucci, Luana Matei, Ana Bender and Marion Laville,  alumni of the Mezrab Storytelling School, performers across the Netherlands, Amsterdam Fringe and The Spirit Amsterdam, gather in Oost to confess.

Why this night?

On April 22nd, the Lyrid meteor shower, one of the oldest in human memory, born from the constellation of the lyre, sends trails of fire across a dark sky above Amsterdam. Mars, Saturn and Neptune gather in Aries, symbolising courage. The Moon meets Jupiter in Cancer, symbolising tenderness. The sky on this particular night is under a lit light of a crescent moon, asking for exactly what storytelling has always required: the bravery to speak, and the warmth to hear. 

Come by at 19:00 or earlier. Stories start at 19:30. Two blocks with a break in between.
